Description

• Manage and process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and update customer account information as needed.
• Coordinate with the sales team to resolve any discrepancies related to invoices and payments.
• Analyze account balances and actively follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on accounts receivable status to management.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
