1. Overall in charge of the Department’s business operations – Planning, organizing, decision-making, delegating, financial reporting, and updates to Top Management.

2. Accountable for ensuring accurate and timely payment of external providers.

3. Review of Vendor Bills and Line Payments for Stand-Alone transactions.

4. Review of SC Vendor Bills and Line Payments for Specialty Contractors.

5. Review of Monitoring of Recurring expenses/payables prepared by the Accounting specialist.

6. Review of Summary of Funding prepared by the Accounting Supervisor.

7. Reconcile records with related parties (i.e. Bilrey Construction/NBCDC Corp.)

8. Responsible for resolving disputes in accounts between the Company and external providers/Address issues or concerns of stakeholders.

9. In charge of monthly closing of Accounting books/Financial statements.

10. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports to top management (QOT/OKR, Management Review, Internal Audit, Monthly status report of department accomplishments/compliance)

11. Contribute in continual review and improvement of internal accounting procedures by identifying new techniques or process controls.

12. Protect operations by keeping financial information confidential

13. Supervise the team's daily activities

EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT:

• BS Accountancy Graduate

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• With at least 3 to 4 years meaningful work experience in the field of accounting and/or auditing.
• Must have extensive Supervisory/Managerial experience.
