• Verifies accuracy of data processing for accounting information. 
• Answer verbal and written inquiries about accounts receivable. 
• Has complete responsibility for accounts receivables systems and prepaid order, including receipt of all invoices, sorting, review for approvals and account numbers, requesting checks or processing inter department transfers and invoice cancellation. 
• Has complete responsibility for items billed and accounts receivable, including invoice, mailing, handling cash receipts and statements and processing inter department transfers. 
• Assists with special accounting projects. 
• Prepare summary reports of accounts supervised. 
• Reconciles budget and expense statements with departmental accounts.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. 
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): knowledgeable in timekeeping and payroll , proficient in Microsoft office. 
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
