Description

  • Develop and maintain the organization's cost accounting system, documents, and records.
  • Analyzing costs, tracking budgeting, and recommend costs and cost savings.
  • Prepare and complete costing and pricing requirements from departments.
  • Analyze any changes in goods or services provided in order to determine what effect it has on the cost.
  • Make estimates of new and proposed procedures and package costs with benchmarking from competitors.
  • Provide management with reports that specify and compare factors that affect prices and profitability of services and recommend effective solutions.
  • Helps the management foresee the cost price and selling price of a service or a package, which helps them formulate business policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (essential)
  • At least 1 year of Cost Accounting work experience.
  • Sound understanding of accounting principles.
  • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent report-writing, communication, and excel skills.
  • Background in any Accounting ERP systems is an advantage but not required.
