Description

  • Oversee daily accounting operations for Powermason Construction in the ever-dynamic construction industry.
  • Manage financial reporting, enforce accounting policies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead a team of accountants, fostering an environment of continuous improvement in efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with project managers to monitor project costs and optimize financial performance.
  • Develop strategic financial planning and analysis to support our company's growth objectives.

Requirement

  • Title: Accounting Manager
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience Level: Must have 3-5 years of accounting experience with a proven track record in financial management, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets; excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills; adept in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee accounting operations, prepare financial statements, manage budget processes, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and supervise accounting staff.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting with standard work hours, may require overtime during end-of-year or tax season.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, ethical with superb integrity, robust leadership skills, and exceptional communication ability.
