General Accounting:

• Oversee the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records.

• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.

• Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.

Tax Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely filing of tax returns.

• Assist in tax planning and strategy development.

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor the accounting team, including Accounting Officers and Staff.

• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

• Regularly conducts performance check-in, feedback and coaching.

• Document team performance through the mid-year and annual performance evaluation review.

Internal Controls:

• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

System Management:

• Oversee the use of SAP for financial and accounting operations.

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data in SAP.

• Review and approve requests routed in the Digital Information and Approval System

(DIAS).

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA is preferred

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

• Strong accounting and financial management skills.

• Proficiency in SAP and other accounting software.
