• Posts customer’s payments by recording cash, checks and direct deposit payments to each individual ledger and system.
• Updates HDMF and bank take outs. 
• Records package agreement on buyer’s ledger. 
• Records and amends buyers’ accounts.
• Records collections for expense changed to buyers. 
• Monitors the check (Post Dated Check) payment of the buyer.
• Ensures accurate statement of accounts in updating individual ledger.
• Timely update of commission monitoring
• Timely request of commission for release 
• Ensure compliance documents of brokers/agents 
• Timely update of Outright incentives monitoring
• Timely request of outright incentive for release
• Performs other job-related tasks that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior from time to time

ACTUAL SALARY RANGE: PHP 16,000.00 - PHP 18,000.00

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, preferably CPA.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience as AR.
• Preferably with background in real estate company.
• Knowledgeable in General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Taxation and General Accounting and Bank Disbursements.
• Proficient in M365 and MS Excel.
• Knowledgeable in XERO.
