Record-Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and organized financial records, including invoices, receipts, and other documentation.

Data Entry:

• Input financial transactions into the company’s accounting system with precision and timeliness.

Reconciliation:

• Assist in reconciling accounts, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring all financial data is accurate and up to date.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

• Support in processing payments, issuing invoices, and tracking receivables.

Report Preparation:

• Assist in preparing financial reports, summaries, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Knowledge of accounting software is a plus.

Attention to Detail:

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen eye for accuracy.

Communication Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders.
