Description

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce accurate financial reports.
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
Coordinate and complete annual audits, and provide recommendations for improvements.
Streamline accounting functions and operations to enhance efficiency.
Work closely with recruitment teams to manage payroll and budgeting.
Liaise with clients and manage accounts receivable/payable.

Requirements

Minimum of a Diploma in Accounting or related field.
Fresh Graduate or current Student willing to gain hands-on experience.
Proficiency in accounting software, excellent numerical skills, attention to detail, and competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
Assist in preparing financial statements, perform routine calculations, help manage accounting records, and support the finance team with clerical tasks.
Office setting with standard work hours, potential for remote work options.
Ethical, critical thinker, team player, effective communicator, and able to maintain confidentiality.
