Description

  • Manage and oversee daily accounting tasks including ledger entries, financial statement preparation, and budget analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting and tax laws, and company policies.
  • Perform monthly closings, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in accounting, with proficiency in payroll computation, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong grasp of accounting principles, adept at using accounting software, excellent numerical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage financial records, process payroll, reconcile accounts, prepare financial statements, and support administrative duties as required.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based role, Monday to Saturday, typically 8-5 am, but may require overtime during busy periods like end-of-month or end-of-financial-year.
  • Qualities and Traits: Analytical thinker, problem-solver, self-motivated, reliable, with strong organizational and communication skills.
