Job Title: Account Associate

Location: Hybrid (Work from Home & On-Site)

Employment Type: Full-time, Project-Based

As a fast-growing brand focused on sustainable hair care solutions, we’re seeking a dedicated Account Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in aligning our brand with distributors, driving strategic sales initiatives, and ensuring the success of our projects from start to finish

Requirements

  1. Distributor Engagement: Identify, entice, and onboard wholesalers as distributors, dealers, or resellers of Verde Klik products.
  2. Brand Alignment: Collaborate closely with distributors to ensure smooth operations, while fostering strong, long-lasting relationships.
  3. Sales Strategy: Set and adjust sales goals, pricing, promotions, and tactics in line with distributor capabilities and market conditions.
  4. Reporting: Prepare detailed project analytics, completion reports, and comprehensive budgets. Maintain accurate records and identify areas for cost improvement.
  5. Forecasting: Assist in sales and market forecasting to guide strategic decision-making.
  6. Payment & Billing: Monitor distributor payments and billing, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.


Work Schedule:

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 8 am to 4 pm

Compensation: 12,900 pesos + 5% commission on monthly sales upon reaching the sales quota.

Incentives: Competitive salary with potential for bonuses based on performance.
