- Managing front desk operations, providing support, handling inquiries, and maintaining records.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage scheduling and appointment bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
要件
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: Entry-level position; no prior experience required.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, Help Desk operations; strong English language skills; capable of data analysis and entry.
