About the Role

We are looking for motivated and people-oriented individuals who are interested in building a career in financial services. As a Financial Advisor, you will help individuals and families make informed financial decisions and work toward their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial needs analysis and understand clients’ financial goals
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Recommend suitable financial solutions based on clients’ needs and priorities
• Help clients plan for protection, savings, investments, education, and retirement
• Conduct client presentations and financial planning discussions
• Develop and manage your own client network through referrals, networking, and social media
• Provide regular policy reviews and after-sales service to existing clients
• Attend company trainings, coaching sessions, and professional development activities
• Work collaboratively with the team while managing your own schedule and client activities

What We’re Looking For:

• College graduate or college-level
• Open to both fresh graduates and experienced professionals
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn and be trained
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and comfortable talking to people
• Sales, marketing, customer service, teaching, healthcare, accounting, or business experience is a plus
• No prior financial advisory experience required
