About the role

Concerted Management Corporation is seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This full-time position will oversee the company's payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee wages and benefits.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and oversee the entire payroll process, including data collection, input, verification, and reporting
• Ensure payroll compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
• Manage and train a team of payroll specialists, providing guidance and support as needed
• Liaise with HR, finance, and other departments to resolve payroll-related issues
• Implement and maintain efficient payroll procedures and systems
• Prepare and analyse payroll reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and best practices

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a payroll supervisory role, preferably in the Accounting or Payroll industry
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Proficient in using payroll software and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Relevant educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
