Dining Lead

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supervise and support front staff, including servers and cashiers, during daily operations.
• Ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service at all times.
• Monitor cashier transactions, handle voids and discounts, and ensure accurate cash handling and end-of-day reports.
• Oversee dining area cleanliness, table setup, and customer seating flow.
• Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food service and order accuracy.
• Assist in inventory monitoring of dining supplies and condiments.
• Lead by example in professionalism, teamwork, and customer service excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least a High School Graduate (Hospitality, Business, or related training preferred).
• Proven experience in supervising operations, preferably in a restaurant or fast-food setting.
• Strong knowledge of customer service, POS/cashiering procedures, and team supervision.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and passion for delivering great customer experiences.
