Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Mandarin Chinese Interpreter / Translator to support communication between management, local staff, and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

The ideal candidate must be proficient in Mandarin Chinese, both verbally and in writing, and have previous professional experience working as a Mandarin interpreter.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business documents, emails, reports, manuals, and other materials from Mandarin to English/Filipino and vice versa.
• Provide oral interpretation during business meetings, briefings, and daily operational discussions.
• Facilitate clear communication between management, Chinese-speaking stakeholders, and local employees.
• Assist in bridging language and communication gaps to support smooth day-to-day office operations.
• Provide basic administrative and office coordination support using bilingual language skills.
• Ensure translated information is accurate, clear, and properly communicated.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling business information.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience as a Mandarin Interpreter/Translator is REQUIRED.
• Proficient to fluent in Mandarin Chinese, both verbal and written.
• College graduate with a 4-year degree, preferably in any relevant field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to effectively communicate in Mandarin and English/Filipino.
• Organized, reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Must demonstrate professional integrity and provide satisfactory employment references/background.
• Must be a resident of Cavite.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday in Naic, Cavite.

Preferred Profile

• Previous experience in a business, corporate, administrative, or operations environment is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with management and multicultural teams.
