Chemical Technician

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Technology/Chemical Process Technology/Laboratory Technology or any chemical related courses
• With License or must be willing to take the Licensure Exam for Chemical Technician
• Must be willing to work onsite
• Must be willing to work on shifting schedule.
• Must be willing to work in a manufacturing/semiconductor company
• No work experience is accepted

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up laboratory experiments. This includes measuring and mixing chemicals, calibrating instruments, and ensuring that equipment is in working order.
• Collect samples from experiments or production processes for analysis. Conduct routine and specialized tests using various laboratory techniques and instrumentation to analyze the composition and properties of substances.
• Record data from experiments, tests, and analyses accurately. Analyze and interpret data, identifying trends or abnormalities. Summarize findings in reports or presentations for further review.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment, such as spectrometers, chromatographs, and titration devices. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to ensure proper functioning.
• Contribute to quality control processes by monitoring and assessing the quality of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods. Identify deviations from quality standards and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed records of experiments, procedures, and results. Prepare clear and concise reports documenting methodologies, outcomes, and any deviations from expected results.
• Any other related laboratory works.

Work Location: Block 5 Lots 4, 5 and 6, Complex Avenue, People’s Technology Complex – Special Economic Zone, Maduya, 4116 Carmona, Cavite, Philippines
