Provide Japanese-English interpretation and translation support

Assist the HR department with daily tasks

Process employee ID applications and other employee-related documents

Support administrative tasks and company documentation

Handle various internal procedures and coordination

Provide secretary support to Japanese management

JLPT N3 level or above[If the candidate does not have JLPT certification, strong Japanese speaking skills are required.]

Good Japanese, Tagalog, and English communication skills (speaking is important)

Experience in interpretation, HR, administration, or office work is an advantage

Preferably residing in Laguna.

Salary depends on ability. To be negotiated [They can accept salary flexibility].

This position is a replacement for the current Japanese Interpreter, who will be leaving the company in mid-August. The interpreter works closely with the HR staff, and since the main HR employee is female, the company prefers to hire a female candidate. They are looking for someone with JLPT N3 or N2 level Japanese, or someone with work experience in Japan, who has strong Japanese speaking skills.
