JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership: Work closely with the HR Manager to execute high-impact strategic initiatives.

Comprehensive Scope: Oversee all core HR facets, from talent development to employee relations and compliance.

Direct Growth: Secure, full-time, direct-hire placement with an immediate start date.

Team Guidance: Provide strong leadership and direction to the day-to-day operations of the HR department.

Core HR Management: Ensure smooth and effective implementation of Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development, Employee Relations, and Performance Management.

Policy & Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with labor standards and ensure consistent application of company policies across the organization.

Administration: Supervise HR administrative workflows and data integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.

Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience.

Leadership: Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience is required.

Skills: Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, sound decision-making capabilities, and a deep understanding of local labor laws
