Job Description:
- Efficiently manage the Concierge Desk, handle issues, queries and concerns of clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Proactively assist clients
- Attend to phone calls and emails on a timely manner
- Coordinate with other departments within the property
- Assist in implementing the house rules and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/ College Degree in Food & Beverage Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, or TESDA Front Office NC II or any related courses
- Excellent in communication skills
- With strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle guest complaint
- Ability to use the Opera System
- Able to work a Flexible Schedule
- Proven experience as Receptionist
- Organized and detail-oriented
