Building Admin Staff

Description

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any related field
• At least 1 year of related experience
• Willing to learn and conduct fieldwork
• Knowledge of building administration and vehicle maintenance/renewal is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages and monitors records, documents and agreements
• Monitors building maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, inspections, registrations, and insurance
• Maintains accurate inventory records and track asset movements
• Conducts inspections and assess maintenance needs
• Supports safety and security compliance within company premises
• Develops and maintain organized property management systems
• Creates and updates procedures and operational manuals
• Coordinates with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments
• Completes ad-hoc tasks and other duties as assigned

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping abilities
• Able to assess issues and execute solutions effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
