Description
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of documentation.
- Support the organization of records and files for easy retrieval.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather necessary data and information.
- Contribute to the development of help desk resources and guides.
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of documentation.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience Level: 0-2 years (Fresh Graduate or Student).
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office and data analysis tools.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong written communication and organizational skills.
