Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. No BPO experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain a high level of customer service
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Document customer interactions and update records when necessary
• Meet assigned performance and service goals

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School graduate
• Fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are welcome
• No BPO or call center experience required
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willing to work onsite
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required
• Customer-service oriented and willing to learn
