We are looking for a customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative to handle an international voice account. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing accurate information, and delivering excellent service.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of BPO experience
- Customer Service experience required
- Voice account experience
Senior High School Graduate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
