What You'll Do

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional assistance.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns accurately and efficiently.
• Provide appropriate solutions while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Follow established processes, policies, and quality standards.
• Document customer interactions and update account information when necessary.
• Meet performance and customer service targets.

What We're Looking For

• At least High School Graduate (old curriculum).
• No BPO experience required.
• No previous credit card experience required.
• Good English communication skills.
• CEFR B2 English proficiency.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
• Willing to work on-site.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Applicants must be willing to work at one of the assigned locations.
