POSITION: HR and Admin Manager
INDUSTRY: Chemical Manufacturing company
WORK LOCATION: Makati City
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM)
SALARY: Php70,000 (Negotiable)
WORK SET UP: Work on site

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or any related filed
- With 7 years’ experience in managerial role
- With experience in PEZA, DOLE and other HR operations
- Amendable to work on site
- Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for plant and corporate roles.
- Develop and conduct orientation programs for new employees
- Verify compliance of contractors with labor laws and safety standards.
- Foster employee engagement through activities, events, and recognition programs.
- Ensure new hires understand safety protocols and company policies.
