ADMIN MANAGER

Job description:

The Admin Manager will lead, mentor, and manage the administrative team by setting clear performance goals, conducting regular evaluations, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing work environment while ensuring efficient daily task allocation and progress tracking. The role involves developing, updating, and implementing administrative policies, procedures, and SOPs to standardize operations and improve overall efficiency, as well as optimizing existing processes to address operational gaps. The position also requires collecting, analyzing, and summarizing administrative data to support data-driven decision-making, alongside building and maintaining trackers to monitor key metrics and project progress. In addition, the Admin Manager is responsible for preparing professional presentations and accurate documentation for internal and external use, ensuring all reports are complete and timely. The role serves as a key liaison across departments and external partners, managing communication, vendor coordination, and event planning, while demonstrating strong cross-cultural collaboration skills to support organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above from a Top 10 university in the Philippines.
• Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of management experience in an admin role at a large enterprise with over 500 employees.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (native-level proficiency), with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Core Competencies: Strong expertise in administrative team management, with the ability to lead a team to achiEve departmental goals. Proficient in drafting administrative systems, SOPs, and related documents. Skilled in data analysis, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights. Experienced in creating high-quality PPT presentations and tracker templates. Rich external resource reserves and the ability to effectively manage and utilize external partnerships. Exceptional communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
