Description
- You will process the requirements of the applicants until deployment.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and databases.
- Communicate with candidates regarding their application status and provide feedback.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with potential for remote work options.
