Position: Administrative Supervisor

Salary: Php31,000 – 43,000

Schedule: Morning shift and mid shift

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Marine, Logistics or any related course
• Open for Fresh Graduates
• At least 2 years of work experience in ships agency.
• Amenable to work at mid shift schedule
• Willing to work fully on site

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible in managing customer requirements.
• Provide the ships agency support and advice to customers, Hub team and Sales
• Look after all the needs of the ship and her personnel and manage the movement of goods
• Act as an intermediary between clients and carriers to ensure a smooth supply chain
• Oversee daily functioning of the hub (workspace, digital platform, or service center).
