Basic Qualifications

• High School Graduate / Vocational Graduate / TESDA Certified
• With NC II Certification in Electrical Installation and Maintenance (preferred)
• At least 1–2 years experience as Electrician
• Knowledgeable in electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Familiar with safety procedures and electrical standards
• Physically fit and willing to do field work
• Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
• Honest, responsible, and hardworking

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, warehouse, or construction setup
• Knowledge in solar products and power systems
• Can read electrical diagrams and plans
• With driver’s license is an advantage

Technical Skills

• Installation of electrical wiring and lighting systems
• Troubleshooting electrical problems
• Repair and maintenance of electrical equipment
• Knowledge in breakers, panels, switches, and circuit systems
• Ability to use electrical tools and testing devices
• Basic knowledge in solar / lighting systems is an advantage
