Description
- Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes according to authentic recipes.
- Ensure high food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Assist in menu planning and development based on seasonal availability and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to optimize cooking processes and ensure timely food service.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in Chinese cooking techniques.
Requirements
