岗位职责
- 负责核心业务/产品线的自动化测试,从测试策略、框架设计到落地全流程主导
- 独立设计并搭建自动化测试框架(UI / API / 端到端),持续优化测试架构与执行效率
- 搭建并维护 CI/CD 中的自动化测试环节,推动测试左移、保障质量门禁
- 善用 Claude Code / Codex 等 AI 编程工具,提升用例编写、脚本生成、缺陷定位的效率
- 复杂问题排查与性能/稳定性专项,输出质量分析报告并推动改进
- 沉淀测试规范与最佳实践,带动团队整体测试能力提升
任职要求(硬性)
- 5 年以上测试相关工作经验,其中有扎实的自动化测试实战
- 独立从 0 到 1 搭建过自动化测试框架(请在简历中说明技术选型与设计思路)
- 自动化测试有较深的使用与理解,熟练掌握至少一门主流框架:
- API:Pytest / RestAssured / Postman+Newman 等
- UI / E2E:Selenium / Playwright / Cypress 等
- 熟练使用 Claude Code 或 Codex 等 AI 辅助编程工具,并能落地到日常测试工作中
- 至少精通一门编程语言:Python / Java / JavaScript(TypeScript)
- 熟悉 CI/CD 流程(Jenkins / GitLab CI / GitHub Actions 任一)
- 良好的问题分析与系统化排查能力,能独立推进项目
加分项
- 有性能测试(JMeter / k6 / Locust)或专项测试经验
- 熟悉容器化与云原生(Docker / K8s)
- 有质量平台、测试工具链自研经验
- 有 AI 在测试中应用的探索(用例生成、智能巡检、自动化运维等)
- 活跃的技术博客 / 开源贡献
