Job Description:
1. Responsible for developing testing plans, strategy analysis, test case design, test execution, and risk assessment for product modules;
2. Independently responsible for quality assurance of product modules, including functionality, performance, security, compatibility, and automation;
3. Capable of independently developing or selecting appropriate testing tools to improve the efficiency of the individual and the team;
4. Analyze issues in the process practices within the project team, propose effective and feasible improvement measures, and drive their implementation.
