Description
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages.
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and work area.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Assist in training new barista staff as required.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level:1-3 years in a barista or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits:Team player with a positive attitude.
- Responsibilities and Duties:Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Working Conditions:Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
