Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and implement safety policies and procedures at the worksite
• Conduct daily safety inspections and toolbox meetings
• Ensure workers comply with safety regulations and proper PPE usage
• Prepare safety reports, incident reports, and documentation
• Coordinate with project management regarding safety concerns
• Investigate accidents/incidents and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain compliance with DOLE and client safety requirements

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any related course
• With valid Safety Officer certification (SO2/SO3 preferred)
• Knowledgeable in occupational health and safety standards
• With experience in construction/project site operations is an advantage
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Willing to be assigned on-site
