- Conduct safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop and implement safety programs and procedures for the organization.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on safety practices and emergency procedures.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and prepare reports with findings and recommendations.
- Monitor and report on workplace hazards, ensuring corrective measures are taken.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and observation skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying safety issues.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
