Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 year of BPO/CPO Utilization Review experience, preferably with teaching experience (academe background is okay)
Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
- Develop and update training materials, guides, and learning resources.
- Assess training effectiveness and identify learning gaps.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance support to team members.
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to ensure training aligns with business and client requirements.
- Monitor trainee progress and maintain training records and reports.
- Support process improvements and the implementation of new workflows or policies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for clinical and operational questions.
