Position: Quantity Surveyor Electrical Engineer

Company Industry: Construction Company

Work Location: Laguna and Pampanga

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 5:00pm)

Salary: Php 25,000 - Php 30,000 gross

Work Set Up: Working onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and have a Licensed.

At least 4 years of experience in Electrical Design & Construction

Proven work experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar role.

Strong understanding of construction methodologies and regulations

Knowledge of construction estimating/bidding software

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for all Quality Surveyor Activities

Responsible in Supervisory works.

Prepare electrical quantity take-offs and cost estimates

Monitor project costs, budgets, and material quantities

Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) and project quotations

Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and project teams
