Our ideal candidate should have:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a SQA tester or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Clickup)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Open to a contractual employment arrangement
Your responsibilities:
- Execute and maintain pre-production release regression tests to ensure software stability and readiness for deployment
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover unexpected issues, usability gaps, and edge cases
- Perform manual acceptance testing to validate new features and fixes against defined acceptance criteria
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the testing process
