As a Product Application Specialist, your responsibilities include delivering effective presentations on product features and benefits to both staff and customers. You will conduct market research to stay updated with market trends and customer needs. Additionally, you will collect customer feedback and provide tailored recommendations for product enhancement. Facilitating training sessions for staff and customers on product usage is also part of your role. You will actively participate in new product launches, gathering post-launch feedback. Furthermore, you will provide continuous customer support and collaborate with internal teams to align product strategies for a consistent product experience.
