Description
- Serve as a primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements and enhancements.
- Conduct product training sessions and demos for clients and internal teams.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product development.
- Assist in the development of product documentation and user manuals.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and presentation skills
