Job Summary:

The Product Manager under the Product Management Group (PMG) is responsible for overseeing the full product lifecycle—from product selection and sourcing to launch, positioning, and performance evaluation. The role ensures that assigned product lines align with company strategy, market demand, and revenue objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

Business & Category Leadership

• Own over-all business performance of assigned brands and product
• Develop and execute annual category and product strategies
• Drive revenue, gross profit, market share and inventory objectives
• Establish category growth plans

Financial & Commercial Management

• Manage revenue, profitability, pricing and inventory investment
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts and demand plan
• Review Business performance and implement actions
• Ensure achievement of revenue such as GP.

Product Portfolio

• Evaluate and recommend new products, technologies and brands
• Drive product assortment planning and portfolio optimization
• Review product positioning and pricing strategies
• Lead product launch and commercialization initiatives

Strategic Planning & Market Development

• Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking
• Identify growth opportunities and emerging trends
• Develop long-term category and business expansion plans
• Participate in supplier business reviews

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or any related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in Product Management, Category Management, Brand Management or related roles.
• Preferred Industry Consumer Electronics, Professional Audio, Technology, Retail Distribution, Appliances or FMCG.
