• Lead and manage the IT function (infrastructure, networks, systems, security)
• Develop IT strategy aligned with business objectives
• Ensure system uptime, performance, and reliability
• Oversee implementation of new software, hardware upgrades, and system integrations
• Manage IT support/helpdesk, user support, incident management
• Implement cybersecurity measures, data backups, disaster recovery plans
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, vendor management
• Manage IT budget, procurement, and vendor contracts

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
• Experience in systems administration, network management, security
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, virtualization, and enterprise systems
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
