Job Description

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using CPM (Critical Path Method), PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique), PDM (Precedence Diagramming Method), and Gantt charts in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional project teams to ensure the timely execution of activities in alignment with the approved work program
  • Prepare construction bar charts with S-curves, resource histograms, and cash flow projections in compliance with DPWH standards.
  • Review and update the Weekly Accomplishment Reports (WAR) and support monthly progress billing.
  • Ensure full compliance with DPWH documentation standards, contract time extensions (CTE), and project performance tracking.
  • Analyze schedule deviations and propose corrective measures or recovery plans.
  • Assist in preparing and responding to planning-related correspondence with DPWH, including transmittals, clarification letters, and other formal communications, ensuring alignment with project requirements and documentation protocols.
  • Support coordination meetings by providing schedule updates and progress reports.
  • Interface with Cost Control and QA/QC teams to ensure alignment between the project schedule, budget, and quality standards, promoting integrated project performance and adherence to contractual requirements.
  • Candidate should have a Bachelor/s Degree of Civil Engineering, Construction Management or any related studies.
  • Should have at least 3-5 years of related work experience
  • Has the knowledge in creating, managing and updating of project schedules specifically in construction and engineering fields.
