Pastry Chef

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and breads according to established recipes.
• Ensure all baked goods maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary to maintain an efficient kitchen.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to create and execute seasonal menus and special event offerings.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field.
• Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a pastry kitchen.
• Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail, flexibility, creativity, and strong time management skills.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely while adapting to kitchen needs.
• Working Conditions: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills and a passion for baking and sweets.
