- Prepare a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and breads according to recipes.
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately to create consistent products.
- Decorate and assemble pastries creatively for presentation and flavor.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the baking area and equipment.
- Collaborate with culinary team to develop new recipes and improve existing pastries.
