Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Medical Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our clinical team. The primary focus of this role is to manage daily clinic operations, ensure a smooth patient experience, and maintain high data accuracy within practice management systems.

The successful candidate must have hands-on experience with Splose, Halaxy, or Cliniko and a strong understanding of the administrative workflows required in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Software Expertise: Proven experience using Splose, Halaxy, and Cliniko is essential. Please specify your level of proficiency with each in your application.
• Healthcare Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical VA or in a clinic administration role.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English, with a professional phone manner.
• Technical Setup: A reliable high-speed internet connection, a noise-canceling headset, and a secure home office environment.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and a strong commitment to maintaining privacy and security standards.
