Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer (RME)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, or building maintenance systems
- Able to read technical drawings and plans
- Knowledge in AutoCAD (2D) is an advantage
- Willing to do field work / site inspection
- Team player, hardworking, and eager to learn
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in operation and maintenance of mechanical systems in the building/site
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance
- Support installation and repair works of HVAC, pumps, and related systems
- Interpret mechanical drawings and assist in project implementation
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and site personnel
- Ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards
