- Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries and characteristics.
- Prepare and maintain accurate survey maps and reports.
- Utilize surveying equipment and technology, including GPS and GIS systems.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction professionals.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and safety standards.
- Communicate findings effectively to clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct surveys, analyze data, create maps, and collaborate with engineering teams.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in land surveying.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in surveying techniques, Geotechnical engineering, CAD software, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Fieldwork in various weather conditions, office work as needed.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and teamwork spirit.
