Job Description

1. In class, adjust teaching methods in a personalized way according to students' personality traits.
2. Promptly feedback on classroom situations, discipline, and other issues that are unfavorable to students' positive learning and development.
3. Deliver courses in accordance with the basic pre-service classroom requirements; on the basis of these basic requirements, personalized adjustments can be made based on one's own experience.

Job Requirements:

1. Have relevant teaching experience;

2. Stable internet connection is required;

3. Teachers should possess a strong sense of responsibility and love for teaching (particularly important);

4. Priority will be given to teachers with independent insights into online English teaching;

5. Those with relevant teaching qualifications/certificates will be preferred.

Salary:

100-190 pesos per 30 munites

Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Beijing Time), at least Monday to Friday per week.

Official Start Date: Next week (March 23), immediate start.
